ICATOR: International Class Action Lawsuit Against Neuro Torture
There's a catch. This ICATOR group wants a 100 Euro 'donation' for you to be part of their reported class action lawsuit and...
…and they insist you become a paying member paying annual membership fees… which could be for years… and years. This class action lawsuit is being filed in Belgium… and it may or may not go to an EU court later…. so if you’re not in Belgium, you might not get much from this lawsuit (maybe a precedent on how to do the same suit in your country too), most people targeted for neuro torture, havana syndrome, directed energy weapon attacks and the like, are poor and cannot afford hundreds of euros for ICATOR….. ICATOR is offering the first ever class action lawsuit that I’ve heard of that requires you to pay (unrefundable) money up front…. and I don’t know the ICATOR people, they may be awesome, they may not be awesome, buyer beware.
Note, deceased author June Ti asked me to join a couple class action lawsuits before she passed away. No charge. What she didn’t mention was that one was to benefit Canadians only (and all non-Canadians were simply supporting witnesses helping Canadian TI’s). The other was a complaint against Canadian secret police perps (not a lawsuit) and non-Canadians were simply writing letters in support of (and providing documentation if any, in addition to a witness statement) for Canadian TI’s.
It’s awesome to help others, especially when you have an abundance of time, extra money to spend (photocopying fees, international postage, large envelops, waiting in line at the post office, hours and hours of searching for documents (before the perps burn down your home and everything in it), photocopying documents etc. etc. etc. with money you spend on what was mis-represented to you as a couple of class action lawsuits that will include you… instead of spending that money on… food for example.
June Ti also later disclosed thay she was a perp. Then she became a Targeted Individual. Wrote a book ‘No Ordinary Stalking’ made money off that book, got info on hundreds of TI’s through her West Coast Society for All Victims of Stalking, then got back in touch with her former perp bosses who were welcoming her back with open arms…. when she died.
Then there was that lawyer in Brooklyn, NY who claimed to be a communist, demanded a $1,000, cash only, up front just for some FOIA / Privacy Act requests, asked plenty of questions a perp would ask, what are the names of the various secret Operations of the perps, tell her everything you know about perp identities, their home residences, uh, tell her everything you know about the perps’ methods and techniques….. no interest in proving damages, proving harm (which other lawyers who wanted 10k in cash up front, 25k in cash up front, etc. were focused on).
Then the finale, her own admission that she is indeed a perp, an FBI informant (occasionally working for other perp agencies and perp bureaus too… ‘any (perp) agency from anywhere in the world that has money to pay her’) and she ‘had no choice’ you see her husband became disabled (through mysterious circumstances), the perps keep threatening to cut off his disability, his medical benefits for expensive medicines and treatments if she doesn’t cooperate with them… so she “had no choice” but to “cooperate” ….. did she give me back my money? No.
She’s a self-admitted perp, a pathological liar and a thief. She preys on poor targeted individuals who’ve been attacked, tortured, terrorized - and worse, far worse.
Some lawyers are perps too, some lawyers are not…. some lawyers (perp lawyers, perp law firms, independent lawyers, independent law firms) will rip you off. Buyer beware.
Many desperate Targeted Individuals have a fantasy that all lawyers are honest, any case that goes forward will be a victory (can’t be a defeat, can’t be a waste of time and money, can it?) and even if it is a victory then the perps won’t appeal it, the perps are just gonna magically pony up, magically clean up their act…. and just magically stop being perps (as if the perps have any oversight in this world…. as if perps are accountable in any way, to courts, to Congress, to anyone in this world).
Who knows, maybe the grass really is greener on the other side of the pond in Europe? Maybe not.
Perps are perps are perps.
Hopefully the ICATOR people are totally on the up and up, hopefully their lawsuit has success for them and helps Belgians who have been brutally targeted for destruction by secret police perps out there in Belgium…. and a shout out to all non-Belgians who have the extra time (oh and the extra money) to help out Belgian survivors of torture.
If all’s well, then their lawsuit could become a model, a precedent for other similiar class action lawsuits in other countries too (and hopefully those Belgian torture victims will help others in other countries as I’m sure many non-Belgians have already helped them.

International Class Action Lawsuit Against Neuro torture
ICATOR is launching an international campaign to file a class action lawsuit against neuro torture. Many people worldwide are affected by secret torture programs and clandestine research with neuro weapons. We are the first Human Rights organisation worldwide to raise money to take legal action against the covert torture programs. For this we need you! With your support we will be able to take legal action on behalf of the victims.
How can you help us?
We need to fundraise throughout the process & different stages. We initially needed to raise 15,000 Euros for the retainer fee which we managed to do over a few months. Donations from those who can afford are highly appreciated & only go towards the lawsuit.
Who can participate?
All those affected who have evidence suitable for court can join our lawsuit. But also those who have no measurement reports and evidence of implants can also join by simply submitting a Witness Statement. We will tell you exactly how to do this on request.
Icator & it’s Belgium based members would be the Plaintiffs & any non Belgium residents will be Witnesses. We have victims with evidence joining from the U.S, EU, U.K, Australia, China, Japan & more.
Our Lawyer is now part of an association which means that we now have several lawyers involved & it will be a public interest case, which means it will raise awareness.
The goal is to set a legal precedent for the future & create new laws.
The Belgium Government will be prosecuted for not protecting citizens. If the case were to fail in Belgium it would then go to the European Court of Human Rights & or the ICC in which case all Governments would be applicable.
We are meeting with various Technical & Medical Experts & working closely with a number of other victims groups from around the world.
Our lawyers are deciding if the case should be civil, criminal or both & also how we could be compensated.

We ask that until the time is right, victims & members do not contact our lawyers association.
We ask this as they have other commitments & we cannot bombard them with emails asking questions, sending evidence & alike.
They consider Icator as the representative of all members taking part & as spokespersons to all other victims & deal with us directly.
When the time is right official documents will be sent out for participants to fill in & you will be able to ask questions. We will be holding further zoom meetings with our head lawyer present as we keep moving forwards.
