Argentina Green Lights Violent Attacks
Violently attack anyone, anyhow, anywhere, anytime as often as you want. Just say libertarian!
Narcotrafficking, drug dealing, smoking crack cocaine in the street have all gotten a green light from “Police Prevention” of Saenz Pena, Chaco Province, Argentina, 911 of Saenz Pena, Chaco, the Provincial Police of Chaco, the Police Federal Argentina… everyone (EVERYONE) in goverment in Argentina - municipal, state (provincial) and federal has given a green light to crack cocaine consumption, crack cocaine sales and crack cocaine trafficking.
Ditto for cocaine. (Crack cocaine IS cocaine plus sodium bicarbonate (aka baking soda aka baking powder)).
A few different cops for the province of Chaco just laughed out loud that the narcotraffickers pay SO MUCH MORE MONEY that they do work for the narcotraffickers and they (obviously) do NOT work for the people in Chaco Province, Argentina.
Any questions, any doubts? Just take a 2 block walk up and down the south side of Manzana 5 Barrio Nestor Kirchner, Saenz Pena, Chaco Province, Argentina day or night… there are always 2 crack cocaine dealers on the street ready to sell, crackheads smoking crack in the street and on the sidewalks throughout the day and throughout the night…. Crackheads walking up to or driving up to the crack cocaine sales salon on Manzana 5 Casa 15 (the recently renovated garage) to buy crack cocaine… anyone walking by or driving by can simply watch as the cash changes hands from the crack head to the crack dealer as the little baggie of crack cocaine simultaneously changes hands from the crack cocaine dealer to the crackhead.

In the USA, who recalls when places like New York City and San Francisco, California gave a green light to shoplift all you wanted up to $950 in value and the disastrous results that resulted. Well, in Argentina they haven't yet green lighted shoplifting up to $950 per store for as many stores that you can visit in a day, but they have green lighted violently attacking as many people as you can violently attack per day… anyhow, anywhere anytime any anybody with no limits as to how many times a person can be violently attacked per day.
One regional writer (not me, not any of us) wrote about “culling" Argentina’s population of 6,000,000 “unproductive” people.
Just say Libertarian.

The Police official at the main state (provincial) police station (Comissario 1) in ‘El Central' of Saenz Pena, stated that the Provincial Police of Chaco will do nothing, absolutely nothing, regarding violent attacks.
When the Federal Police were asked at the Federal Police Station on 1st Street in ‘El Central' of Saenz Pena, they stated it's not their job, that's the job of the State (provincial) police of Chaco Province.
The State (Provincial) Police are not doing their job (corruption). When the Federal police were asked if it's their job to investigate and arrest corrupt State (Provincial) police, they mumbled some jibberish briefly and stopped talking.
When the obvious was stated to the Policia Federal Argentina that there have been increasing amounts of narcotraffickers importing kilograms of cocaine through various provinces, increasing amounts of crack cocaine drug dealers and increasing numbers of crackheads (crack cocaine addicts known as pipas or piperos in Argentine Spanish….. many of the kilograms of cocaine imported interstate into Saenz Pena, Chaco are then exported interstate to Buenos Aires.
And in Buenos Aires, many of these kilograms of cocaine are then exported by plane and by ship to Europe, North America and even as far away as Australia. Who' responsible for such cocaine trafficking.
The Federal police official said both the Provincial police and the Federal police.
When an example was cited, the underage boys at Manzana 5 Casa 15 Barrio Nestor Kirchner, Saenz Pena, Chaco who've been importing kilograms of cocaine per month for years and years now, a folder of criminal complaints from dozens of people in that neighborhood - many such complaints going back years - and yet they continue to sell crack cocaine locally (destroying the lives of hundreds of people per year, destroying hundreds of families per year and destroying entire neighborhoods (e.g. Barrio Nestor Kirchner, Barrio Mitre, etc), the federal police said they would have a pick up truck drive by the narcotraffickers at Manzana 5 Casa 15.
When asked if police are taking bribes and who is responsible for investigating police who are taking bribes. The answer from a federal police official was both.
Well, neither the Provinicial ploice or the federal police are investigating corrupt dirty cops taking bribes.
It's not hard to detect. A police officer making $500 a month, an upper middle class income for Chaco Province, Argentina and they're living like they make $5,000 a month… well, were is all that extra income coming from? Bribery.
When you know that no one is investigating corruption then why hide it. Many corrupt police officers just take cash in broad daylight in front of innocent bystanders watching. What are you going to do about it?
The poverty rate is 80.5% in Chaco Provinve, the labor participation rate is less than 50% and the unemployment rate is above 50%.
There are literally thousands of more honest adults ready willing and able to take the places, the jobs of corrupt dirty bribe taking cops same day or next day.
There are literally thousands of people in Saenz Pena ready willing and able to take the jobs of the many 911 operators in Saenz Pena unwilling to do their job.
I am looking at call times from a source, a United States citizen, who was repearedly attacked violently. During one violent attack, the bilingual victim made 10 phone calls to 911. All 10 911 operators were unwilling to do their job. They need to be terminated and replaced with 911 operators who are willing to do their job.
On another day, the victim made 13 phone calls to 911. All 13 911 operators refused to do their job. One of these 13 calls to 911 lasted 7 seconds, enough time to pick up a phone and hang up a call. All of these 13 911 operators need to be terminated and replaced with 911 operators who are willing to do their job.
On the bright side, if you're into S & M, Argentina is a paradise for you, you can violently attack, punch, kick, knock to the grond, play basketball with someone's head all day long and all night long…. You can violently attack anyone, as many people as you want any way you want to violently attack them for any reason or for no reason at all. You're a boss who has dreamed of violently attacking your workers (most workers earn less than $1 per hour and taxes are totally optional) then Argentina is the place for you: you can vìolently attack workers any way you want throughout their work shift.
Prostitutes male and female, their are millions of them here, most for less than $5 an hour and you can violently attack them any way you want as often as you want.
Just say Libertarian.
911, the provencial police, the federal police, all of the government in Argentina at all levels - municipal, state and federal will do nothing absolutely nothing about violent attacks.
Ever thought of becoming a multimillionaire fast? No one in Argentina is going to do anything if you set up shop and become a narcotrafficker. The borders are porous from Colombia to Argentina. You just have the added business expense of having to pay the police cash bribery money on a routine basis.
Any questions about how easy it is to do, just check out Manzana 5 Casa 15 Barrio Nestor Kirchner, Saenz Pena, Chaco and see their open air 24/7 crack cocaine market that those adolescent boys in that house have been operating for years. Now, they have a real estate empire, a deli, a few new cars and literally millions of dollars in cash (billions of pesos) in cash.
Anyone serious about stopping the flow of kilos and kilos of cocaine into your country, well you have the verifiable address of those narcotraffickers: Manzana 5 Casa 15 Barrio Nestor Kirchner, Saenz Pena, Argentina.
The United States Armed Forces have been in the news for a while for simply blasting narcotraffickers. Does your country have submarines or missiles that can reach Argentina with or without submarines?
The GPS coordinates for the narcotraffickers at Manzana 5 Casa 15 Saenz Pena, Chaco Province, Argentina are:
-34.608470, -58.372940
